1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans cream corn
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in large pot. Add rest of ingredients, cover and simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender. This makes a thick and hearty stew. All you need is a skillet of cornbread!
