Ingredients:  
1 pan cornbread
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cooked, deboned chicken (I use Wal-Mart or Kroger Rotisserie chicken)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 eggs, beaten
2 cans chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tblsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in crockpot and turn on high. When melted, add onions and celery and saute until tender. Add broth and soup, chicken pieces and seasonings and stir. Beat eggs and stir in. Mix in crumbled cornbread and bread. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then turn down to low and cook for 2 more hours.
