2 avocados, brown,wrinkly kind
1 Spanish onion
2 cloves garlic
1 to 2 green chili peppers or 1 jalapeno
1 tomato
Worcestershire sauce
Thickly ground pepper
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
Salt
Red chile powder

Directions:
Directions:
Peel avocados and mash with a fork. Leave chunky. Save the pits.
Add everything but the tomato and season to taste with the unmeasured ingredients. The mixture should be tangy but not too spicy.
Add the tomato. Refrigerate for 1 hour with the pit (to retain color)
Remove the pit and serve with high quality, lightly salted tortilla chips.
