2 pkgs yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup hot water
3 beaten eggs
2 tsp salt
4-4 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup butter
1 grated orange zest (rind)

Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
juice of one orange

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water together. In a separate bowl mix sugar, shortening, water, eggs, salt and 1 cup flour. Add yeast mixture then rest of the flour. Stir but don't knead, let raise. Divide dough in half, roll out in a rectangle. Spread with butter and rind, roll up and cut like cinnamon rolls. Put in greased muffin tins let raise again. Bake at 375ºfor 12 mins. When done and rolls are still in pan, put on glaze. Remove from pan when cooled.
