3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/8 cup oil
1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seed
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
Glaze:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl add ingredients in order. Mix well, grease loaf pans poor batter in and bake at 350º for 50-60mins. Take out of oven leave in pans. Sprinkle glaze immediately let cool in pans 30 mins before removing.

5 loaves or 12 jumbo muffins

You can make muffins with this recipe also make 12 jumbo muffins and bake 30 mins. Also I use 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce for fat free.
