French Onion Soup Recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 cups hot water
2-3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper
Toasted French bread pieces
Grated Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy pot and saute onion rings until tender. Add water, bouillon, worcestershire and pepper. Bring to boil, then simmer for about 15 min. Ladle soup into bowls and top with slice of bread, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Place in microwave just until cheese is melted (about 30 seconds).
