2 eggs, beaten
30 oz. ricotta cheese
16 oz. low fat mozzarella cheese,shredded
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 t. salt
pepper to taste
12 oz. large pasta shells
3 c. Italian tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together eggs, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 3/4 c. of the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon about 2 T. into each shell. Arrange in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Spoon spagetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350º oven 30 minutes or until heated thorough.
