Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen rolls
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Small head of shredded cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Let frozen rolls thaw. When dough has risen, roll enough of them together to form a circle, like pie dough. Make 2 of these. Cut the dough circle into wedges, as you would cut a pizza. Set aside. Brown ground beef in a skillet with chopped onion and salt and pepper, to taste. When meat is brown, add the shredded cabbage and steam for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from heat and spoon meat mixture onto the dough wedges. Roll up the wedges, sealing the edges and place into a baking pan(s). Bake at 350º, until lightly browned.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Clydene has made bierocks for years. All the family loves them, and two of her grandsons, Curtis John Burright and Nathan Aaron Roy, specifically requested that she include her recipe. On the other hand, David Steven Duckett had his appendix rupture after eating bierocks and now, he won't touch them. :)
