Rib Eye:
2 (1 inch thick) rib-eye steaks (1 3/4 - 2 lb.)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped kalamata or ripe olives

Seasoning:
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Rib Eye:
Pour oil into a large nonstick skillet
Place over medium heat until hot
Add steaks, and cook 10 - 14 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, turning once
Sprinkle with lemon juice; top with cheese and olives.

Seasoning:
Combine "seasoning" ingredients and rub onto all sides of steaks.
