1/2 c. Wishbone Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 - 1 1/2 lb. flank, top round or sirloin steak
Directions:
Directions:
In shallow dish, combine all ingredients except steak
Add steak; turn to coat
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 3 - 24 hours
Remove steak, reserving marinade
Grill or broil until steak is done
Boil reserved marinade for 1 minute
Pour over steak
