1 (3-4 lb) brisket
1 (12 oz) cans Dr. Pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 large onion, minced
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. thyme
1/2 cup honey
Juice from one large orange
1 tbsp black pepper
Juice from one lemon

Directions:

Mix Dr. Pepper and next nine ingredients. Stir vigorously to help release carbonation. Cover brisket with marinade and chill in the refrigerate overnight. Place brisket on a hot grill and cook until done (165º internal temperature).
