2 ½ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 cup butter
1 ¼ cups of confectioners sugar
2 egg yolks
½ teaspoon almond or butter extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift together flour and salt and set aside. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Stir in egg yolks and extracts. Gradually blend in the sifted ingredients. Fill a cookie press with dough and shoot cookies about 1 ½“ apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with sugar or sprinkles. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
