1 slab pork loin baby back ribs
MARINADE:
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
6 T. sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

RUB:
Combine the following:
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients and marinate ribs in refrigerator for 2 hours to overnight. Remove ribs from marinade and sprinkle with dry rub barbeque seasoning. Cook over medium coals (225º) until internal temperature reaches 160º on a meat thermometer. Baste with marinade or sprinkle lightly with dry seasoning every 30 minutes during cooking process.
