Casserole:
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. reduced fat milk
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can low fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
About 6 oz. uncooked noodles
About 1 1/2 c. tiny frozen peas, cooked
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) can solid tuna, drained and flaked

Topping:
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º
Casserole:
Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat
Add onion; saute 3 minutes
Add milk and soup
Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Combine soup mixture, noodles and other ingredients except breadcrumbs and cheese in 2 qt. casserole dish

Topping:
Combine breadcrumbs and cheese; sprinkle on top

Bake for 15 minutes
