1 1/4 cups cornmeal
3/4 cup AP flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp b powder
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs litly beaten
1/4 cup + 3 T melted bacon grease or veg oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put some grease in an iron skillet and preheat oven and skillet to 425. Mix dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and remaining grease, stir to combine. Put in hot skillet. Bake 15 - 20 minutes
