3 lb. pork tenderloin (1 pkg. of 2 tenderloins) cut into 4 pieces
1 lb. bacon
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. each of salt & pepper
1 Tbsp. white vinegar

Wrap tenderloin pieces in bacon. Place in 8x11 pan. Poke holes in meat with a fork. Mix rest of ingredients in small bowl and pour over meat. Refrigerate uncovered overnight. Bake in 300 degree oven for 2-3 hours. Remove from oven and slice meat to allow it to soak up the juices.
