5 cups warm water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup dough conditioner or
3 Tbsp dough enhancer
1/2 cup gluten
1/2 cup honey
1 Tbsp salt
6 cups whole wheat flour {approximate}
2 Tbsp instant yeast
6 cups whole white flour {approximate}

Mix 8-10 mins on speed 1, put into pans, let rise. Bake at 350º for 25-30mins.

I use a Bosch Mixer, and I also use half white wheat flour and half red wheat flour. I grind my own wheat also.
