1 stick butter
1 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 C. milk
2 cups fruit that is prepared for a pie (I use canned pie filling)

Melt butter in a 9" pan. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk. Spoon over the melted butter. Top with the fruit. Bake at 325º for one hour. Easy to double..
