CRUST:
1 C. butter
2 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 C. flour
3 C. oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
FILLING:
1 lb. can condensed milk, (14 oz.)
2 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST: Mix the first two ingredients and cream together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour, salt, oatmeal and baking soda. This is the crust, top and bottom. Set aside. FILLING; Heat the condensed milk, chocolate chips, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. butter in a small pan. Make a bottom crust in a 8x8" square pan, pour the chocolate mixture on the bottom layer and make a top layer with the remaining oat mixture. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
