3 lbs. stew meat
1 C. ketchup
1 C. water
1 1/2 C. onions, chopped
1 C. celery, chopped
2 T. vinegar
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
3 T. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat well. Drain, if necessary. Add remaining ingredients to browned meat and stir. Cover pan and cook in 325º oven for 3 hours. Add water, if necessary. Mash lumps with large spoon, or the like. Serve on hamburger buns. To compliment the sandwiches, buy bagged cole slaw and mix with Marzetti original slaw dressing. Enjoy!
