1 quart size ziploc freezer bag
2 eggs
Grated cheese
Ham or bacon pieces
Chopped onion and bell pepper
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Dump ingredients into bag, seal and shake (make sure to let air out of bag when you seal it). Place bag into pot of boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. Open bag and omelet slides right out onto the plate! You can boil more than one at a time.
