2 cups brown sugar
4 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp of celery seed
2 tbsp chili powder
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 cup vinegar
2 racks of back or side ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375F. Cut ribs apart into individual pieces. Place into large pot and bring to boil on high heat. Once boiling, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove ribs from pot and place into oven roaster that has been sprayed with cooking oil. In separate pot on stove bring to boil all the ingredients listed above. Pour over the ribs in the oven roaster, cover and put into the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover the ribs and cook for 15 additional minutes.
