onion
celery
mayonnaise, real, no substitutions!
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes. Boil in water until tender, drain.
Chop onion and celery.
Mix onion, celery and potatoes with mayonnaise as the dressing.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Chill and serve.

Mark raves and raves about Paula's potato salad. Turns out it is very basic. I have not suggested quantities, you can adjust to your needs.
