Ingredients:
12 figs
2 T. pecans, finely chopped
3 T. olive oil
3 T. Chablis wine
3 T. white wine vinegar
3 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 oz. Boursin cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice top off figs and reserve them. With small spoon hollow out the figs, leaving shells intact. Transfer pulp to bowl and mix with pecans. Set aside. In small bowl, whisk together, the oil, wine and vinegar. Add parsley, mustard, and pepper. Then add Boursin and fig-pecan mixture. Blend thoroughly. Spoon mixture into figs. Replace tops.

Will seem runny. Mixture firms up in refrigerator. So make mixture ahead and then stuff the figs when more set but not too firm.
