1 package ramen noodles
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp oil
3/4 lb thin sliced round steak
2 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
1 can water chestnuts drained
3 oz snow peas, trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package without flavor pack, drain and keep warm.
Combine soy sauce and next three ingredients in small bowl, stir well with whisk and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot, add beef. Stir fry 4 minutes or until browned. Remove beef from pan, set aside and keep warm.
Coat skillet with sesame oil, add garlic and bell pepper, stir fry 2 minutes. Add water chestnuts and snow peas, stir fry 1 minute. return beef to skillet and add soy sauce mixture, cook 30 seconds or until slightly thickened. Serve over noodles.
