1 zucchini, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 onion, sliced and halved
1 bell pepper, cut in strips
stick butter, sliced
parmesan cheese
italian seasoning
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Divide all veggies into single servings. Place onto pieces of foil. Sprinkle with seasonings and cheese. Place a slice of butter on top. Wrap tightly in foil. Place in oven at 350º for 10 minutes. Adjust time to how crispy or tender you like your veggies. I like mine crispy, so 10 minutes is good for me. Take out, unwrap and serve. These can also be placed on a grill and you can use any veggies you like
