Directions:
In large bowl combine powdered milk, sugar, margarine and boiling water. Soften yeast in 1 cup warm water. Add yeast ot beaten eggs, then add to milk mixture, add salt. Sift enough flour into milk mixture to make a soft dough. Beat thoroughly. Turn out onto floured board and knead barely enough to make dough so it can be handled. (Dough should be very soft). Place in a greased bowl; grease top of dough. Cover and let rise till double in bulk, 30 to 34 minutes. Roll out to a rectangle 11x13. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Chopped nuts may be added if desired. Roll up and cut with string for easier separating. Place on greased cookie sheet and allow to rise until double in bulk. Bake at 325º for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Frost with confectioners icing while warm.
