2 cups sliced hot links or smoked sausage
1 can (14.5 oz) del monte diced tomatoes with green pepper & onion
1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1 can (14.5 oz) del monte whole kernel gold & white corn, drained
1 cup uncooked instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in large saucepan, 4 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, broth and 1/2 cup water; bring to boil. Stir in corn and rice; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with hot pepper sauce and warm cornbread or biscuits if desired.
