Mini ice cream sandwiches (with chocolate wafers)
1 carton Cool Whip
1/3 cup Creme de Mint
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Creme de mint into Cool Whip. Spread over ice cream sandwiches like a frosting. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, and put in freezer. When frozen, place in a sealed container. Serve as an after dinner mint dessert.
