1 lb. Italian sausage
6 eggs
2 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, broken
1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain and cool. Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and mustard and beat again. Add bread and stir until it softens. Stir in cheese, mushrooms and sausage. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 glass dish and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 40-45 min. Let stand a few minutes before cutting. Increase baking time if recipe is doubled.
