4 oz. wagon wheel pasta
½ c chopped green sweet pepper
8 oz. smoked turkey breast, cubed
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
3 Tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
⅓ c. bottled BBQ sauce
¼ c. toasted pine nuts
1 (15-oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
⅓ c. chopped red sweet pepper
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 small red onion, thinly slice and separated into rings
3 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 head green and/or red-tip lettuce

1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain and rinse.
2. Combine garbanzo beans, peppers, turkey, cheeses, onion and olives in large bowl.
3. Whisk together BBQ sauce and mustard in small mixing bowl; add to turkey mixture. Add pasta and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
4. Serve on a bed of lettuce, sprinkle with pine nuts.
