1 cup shorting
1tsp baking soda
2 cups of harvest crunch cereal
1/2 cup brown sugar
2tsp vanilla
1-1/2 tsp salt
2-3 cups raisins
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sifted flower

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shorting ,sugars,eggs & vanilla until light & fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients then stir into cream mixture. Blend well add raisins & cereal. Drop from a tsp.2 inches apart on a greased sheet. Bake at 375F. for 10 - 12 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen
