2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Melt butter in large mixing bowl. Blend in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Wrap dough in wax paper and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, flour dough and rolling pin. Roll out, cut into cookies and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 375 for 8 min. You can also frost these cookies.
