1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs beaten
3/4 cup oil
2 cup grated raw zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugars and eggs; add oil, zucchini and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Combine both wet and dry mixtures. Add nuts. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes in 2 loaf tins.
