6 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 to 3 Tbsp. minced onions
2 tubes (or more) of crushed Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. (or more) of melted butter
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Place chicken in bottom of buttered 9x13 glass baking dish.
2. Mix soup, sour cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, and onions. Pour over the chicken. Then mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the sauce. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
