1 box Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix
1 cup Cherry Juice
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 cup Maraschino Cherries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients then fold in chopped cherries. Pour into two 9 inch cake pans sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350º oven about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pan, then invert on wire rack and let cool completely. Spread icing on the cooled cake.

Cream Cheese Icing:

8 ounces Cream Cheese
1 stick Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 box Confectioner Sugar
1 cup Maraschino Cherries, chopped

Mix and spread on cake top and side.
