3/4 cup crisco
1 cup white sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
4 tbsp molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco and sugar together.
Add already well beaten egg and cream again.
Add molasses.

Measure the 2 cups of flour and spices and gradually add to creamed mixture.

Roll into little balls and roll them in sugar. Place on a non-greased cookie sheet and press down with a fork to flatten.

Bake at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
