1 tablespoon butter
1 large clove of garlic finely minced
2 teaspoons of curry powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups mixed nuts
½ cup dried fruit - cranberries, apricot, mango, pineapple, raisins etc. These should be chopped into small pieces about the size of a peanut.

In a non stick pan melt butter.
Heat spices and nuts and fruit for 1-2 minutes.
Spread mixture on a paper towel to cool and soak up excess butter.
