Ingredients: WHITE CHEERY SALAD Grandma. E. 1 can white cherryies. ½ lb. marshmallows 1 can crushed pineapple. nuts if you like. drain Juice from cherries halve them and take the seed out. cut marshmallows in ¼ drain pineapple. Mix together and moisten with mayonnaise add nuts.

Ingredients: WHITE CHERRY SALAD from the kitchen of Olga Amanda Wilhelmina Feldt-Eidness 1-lb. White Bing cherries, rinsed, cut in half and pitted 1-8 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows 1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained ½ cup mayonnaise ½ T. white sugar 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped 1 small head of iceberg lettuce

Directions:In large mixing bowl, combine cherries, pineapple, walnuts and marshmallows. In a small mixing bowl, mix together mayo and sugar. Stir into cherry mixture and mix well. Chop lettuce into bite size pieces and put in a large serving bowl, pour cherry mixture over lettuce and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
