1 tbsp. oil
1 cup warm water
2 cups flour
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all the ingredients until they form a smooth sticky ball.
Cover with a little oil and let rest for awhile. (30 min)

In a warm, damp room, cover a kitchen table size table with a table cloth.
Place the dough in the centre of the table and gently begin to stretch it from the middle out. If it tears overlap the edges and press together. Work slowly in all directions until a layer of dough the thickness of tissue paper covers the entire surface.

Use immediately for your favorite strudel, baklava or knishes.
