15 Pairs Graham Crackers
1/4 lb. butter
4 eggs
1 tin Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
Juice of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 º F.
1. Roll the graham crackers to fine crumbs
2. Melt butter and combine with cracker crumbs
3. Press 2/3 of mixture into the bottom of a 8"x8" pan.
4. Separate eggs.
5. Beat whites until stiff and set aside.
6. beat egg yolk with condensed milk and then add lemon juice.
7. Fold in egg whites.
8. Gently pour into pan and top with remaining crumbs.
9. Bake for 60 minutes.
