Ingredients:  
8 cups Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
½ cup real bacon bits
½ cup(2 oz.)shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 cup croutons
½ cup sliced black olives
In large salad bowl, toss together ingredients,
except croutons. Add when ready to serve. Cover salad and refrigerate until ready to serve

DRESSING
6 T. Olive oil
2 T. Red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
In a blender or shaker container, blend dressing ingredients on high or shake until well blended.
When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad and toss until well mixed. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
