1 large box of large shells
1 pkg. of Italiano cheese (or any blend)
1 egg
¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Marinara sauce:
6 cloves garlic minced
¼ cup olive oil
2 cans diced tomatoes

Directions:

Marinara Sauce:
In a pot, add olive and garlic and cook for 1 minute on high. Add tomatoes then take off heat.

Boil shells until pliable - but not fully cooked, and rinse. Mix together cheese, eggs and seasoning in a 9" x12" pan.
Stuff the shells with cheese mixture. Pour ½ of sauce on bottom of pan. Place shells in pan. Drizzle remaing sauce over the shells.
Bake 350º for 45 minutes.
