1 pound corkscrew shaped pasta or any shape
1-2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped or use jarred
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce
1 cup beer or beef broth
1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes in juice
1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese for garnish

Directions:

Brown ground beef, onions, and garlic. Drain off grease. Add other ingredients, bring to a boil and then simmer about 1/2 hour. Meanwhile cook pasta. Add pasta to chili; mix until well coated. Serve with shredded cheese for garnish. Good with cornbread and a cold salad.

Most of us in the family loves this....except Mary! The beer gives it a unique taste that makes this really good.
