4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Lowry's seasoning salt
6 slices bacon
1/4 cup mustard
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups grated Colby-Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken all over with seasoning salt and rub in, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. While chicken is chilling, cook bacon in large skillet until crisp, then remove from skillet but leave drippings in skillet for chicken. Brown chicken in bacon grease for 3-4 minutes per side. Put browned chicken in casserole baking dish. Spread each piece with Honey Mustard sauce, then layer with mushrooms, crumbled bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Honey Mustard sauce: Mix mustard, honey, mayo and onion flakes together. This is a good dipping sauce for the cooked chicken, too.
