1 1/2 lb. mushrooms ( about 30)
8 oz. sausage, ground
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded mozrella

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown sausage. Drain. Reserve 2 T. drippings in pan. Cook mushrooms stems until tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sausage, cheese and crumbs. Fill caps. Place in baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until tender. Serve hot.
