16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese, soft
1/4 lb. blue cheese crumbles
1 stick butter, melted
3 T. beef stock
2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and blue cheese. Blend in butter, beef stock and paprika. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or other dippers.
