1 lb.( 4c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, uncooked
3 c. Original Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. Italian seasoning or 1/2 tsp. rosemary and 1/2 tsp. parsley


Optional additions:
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Lightly grease or spray bottom and sides of jelly roll pan. In large bowl, stir together ingredients using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and place in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Best served warm.

Can make ahead, cover and refrigerate unbaked balls up to 24 hours and then bake as directed. Can cover and freeze unbaked balls up to 1 month. Heat oven to 350 degrees and place frozen balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until brown.
Can bake as directed. Cover and freeze up to 1 month. Heat oven to 350. Place frozen cooked balls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
Or can bake as directed. Cover and freeze up to one month. Place 6 frozen balls on microwavable plate. Loosely cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High 45 seconds to one minute or until heated through.
