1 box of Lasagna Noodles(can be no-cook)
3 pounds of beef or turkey(ground)
1 large onion (finely chopped)
3 Large jars of Ragu Sauce
- Tomato & Basil, Green Pepper,Sweet Basil or Sweet Peppers
- Do not get Chunky
2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon Oregano
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
6 cups Mozzarella(Shredded)
1 pkg Sharp Cheese(Sharp)

şBoil Noodles(unless no cook)
Saute onions and set aside
Saute meat until brown and put in a pot. Add all other ingredients to the pot except cheeses and enough sauce to coat the bottom of the pan you will cook the lasagna in. Mix well.

In a foil lasagna pan or regular pan, pour enough sauce to coat the bottom. Add a layer of noodles, layer of meat sauce layer of cheese(1/4 of cheddar and 1/3 of mozzarella) Repeat, ending with the cheese. Be sure the pan has enough room so mixture will not boil over. Cover with heavy foil and Bake at 350 for about 45 mins or until cheese is melted. About 15 mins before time to take out of oven, remove foil. Be sure to add enough sugar to taste

I am so happy to share this recipe! Now that I am 80 years old, my grandchildren can now make it for me. What a blessing the Lord has bestowed upon me, to live to see my children, grandchildren and great - grandchildren. There are now 5 generations. PTL!!!!
