1 large fryer, deboned, or chicken pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 stick melted butter
1 1/4 cups self-rising flour
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 large fryer, debone and put pieces in large casserole dish. Mix 1 can soup with 1 can water and pour over chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix buttermilk and melted butter in mixing bowl and add flour. Dump flour mixture on top of chicken mixture, then pour 2 cups chicken broth on top of dough. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until browned on top.
